Or at least that what we made our family believe. For April Fool's Erik and I put a whole scheme together to make my family believe that I was pregnant. For a few weeks before we would drop subtle hints at family dinners just to get their brains buzzing. We told them we needed to talk to them about something on the night of April 1st. So we headed over to my parents house that Thursday night, acted super fidgety and then we told them we had news. We handed my mom a gift wrapped present and told her to open. Of course they had all been talking all day long talking about whether or not I as pregnant, so as they were trying to act calm and surprised they could not wait. She opened the gift to the wonderful bottom half of a onesie, and looked at us like "What!" She then opened the present all the way, and saw this beauty:
So the truth is, I am not pregnant. But we had a fun time making my family believe I was! Of course we all know that I am extremely baby hungry and I would have one tomorrow if the husband would let me. But that is why we have Ruby, to satisfy our cravings. For now she will just have to do. But I can't wait for the day when I get to tell you all I'm preggo!
